What Remains of Edith Finch is getting a PS4 physical edition

We really liked developer Giant Sparrow’s What Remains of Edith Finch when it launched earlier this year. If you missed out on the game’s original release, you’ll soon be able to buy a physical PlayStation 4 edition as well as a special vinyl version of the game’s soundtrack.

The physical PS4 version of What Remains of Edith Finch is expected to start shipping sometime in early January, 2018. It will include a reversible cover insert and is apparently region-free so it will play on any PS4 console.

Meanwhile the soundtrack, which is due to arrive a little later in 2018, comes on a special “Brown Smoke” vinyl record and features cover art from Giant Sparrow artist Holly Rothrock.

Both the physical PS4 version of What Remains of Edith Finch and the vinyl soundtrack can be pre-ordered now via the online iam8bit store. The physical edition of the game will set you back $30 while the soundtrack is going for $28.
