New trailer shows off Nintendo Switch motion controls for Resident Evil Revelations
A bundle which contains both Resident Evil Revelations and its sequel Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be launching for the Nintendo Switch later this month, and Capcom has released a new trailer which shows how the Switch ports of both games will integrate motion controls into the experience.
As you can see in the above trailer, Switch players will be able to perform a variety of actions in both games using the Joy-Con motion controls functionality. For example, they’ll be able to point a Joy-Con at the screen to aim their character’s weapon, swing the Joy-Con horizontally to perform a quick knife melee attack, and rapidly shake the Joy-Con to escape the clutches of certain enemies. Both games will also support standard controller schemes as well (including the use of the Pro Controller) if they want a more traditional experience.
The Resident Evil Revelations/Revelations 2 bundle will arrive for the Nintendo Switch on November 28.
