Latest Fallout 4 patch contains a vault’s worth of fixes
Bethesda has revealed the patch notes for Fallout 4’s 1.3 update, an update which contains a staggering number of fixes for the game’s quests, UI, companions, and more.
PC players can now utilize a few new features such as weapon debris effects and an HBAO+ setting for ambient occlusion, and all players using a controller can now rotate an item they’re looking at by pressing the left and right triggers. The issue of subtitles not updating fast enough has also been corrected, as has the infamous glitch which made MacCready’s Killshot perk extremely overpowered (sorry guys).
Several quests, such as “Taking Independence,” “End of the Line,” and “Underground Undercover” have also had their issues fixed, and the workshops players utilize at their various settlements have received some much needed love which makes them easier to use. You can read the exhaustive list of fixes over at Bethesda’s website.
The 1.3 patch is now live for the PC version of Fallout 4 and is expected to become available on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions later this week.
